A short overview of the module development map that is currently part of the iBanking system:


  • Access roles – various roles in the system have a different look depending on the privileges

Financial moduls

In the Accounts module the user can see the balance, transactions and statement of all accounts as well as the balance of all accounts. Graphs that can track changes on the account over a defined period of  time are also available to the user.
In this section the user can see all the cards that he has – debit and credit. Just like with the account, the user receives information on spending, transactions and statements per card with the specific  information related to the card (card type, expiration date, status, limit …). Graphs related to the cards are also available to the user.
Information on all loans that the user has with the bank is available. In addition to all the relevant information, such as the type of loan, the contracted amount, date of contract, the repayment period,  the amount of instalment, outstanding payment, overpayment /debits, the user also receives important information about loans. There is also an annuity plan available. Various graphic related to the lo  ans may be available to the user.
Different types of payments are enabled for the user. Predefined payments are simplified and it is possible to perform them with just one click. The user himself creates templates and chooses who can  process the payments. Free payments are to be processed with one of the additional forms of security – by using digital certificates or the use of SMS code (One Time Password module). It is possible to choose the date of payment as well as whether the payment is with or without funds reservation. The system also allows the definition of payment limits (number of payments and the total amount) per us  er in the Core system.
This service provides an overview of all depostis from abroad for the given criteria. Deposits can be searched by the time period or by the amount.
The user is able to buy and sell foreign currency. Depending on the selected account, the system automatically detects whether the user is buying or selling of foreign exchange and provides the option to  select the account on which the transfer will be processed. The exchange rate, currency converter and the review of the transactions are also available to the user.
It gives the user the possibility to access online system for trading with securities. Upon access, the user is able to see the account balance statement of the securities, buy and sell the shares, see the  overview of the accounts and confirmations.
The module allows the user to monitor the transactions in different categories. Categorization of transactions is based on keywords contained in the description of the transaction. Users can define their  own rules, but there are also system rules that are always executed. The graphic view of categorized transactions is also enabled.
Allows more efficient communication with the clients using the presentation of information and forms (questionnaires, templates). In this way, the user can apply online for various services.
Users are allowed to administer certain services by themselves, such as, for example, setting up the limits for receiving SMS messages.
The process of implementation of additional functionalities in the product is carefully planned based on communication with the users. Within the development phase of each new module, time for interviews and discussions with the user’s business departments users is planned.
